Artistocat, Inc. is a Florida
based Corporation specializing in unique products for cats and their owners.
THE STORY
The idea for the Kitty Cottage was conceived by the company founder, Sharon Critchley, in 1997. Sharon is not only a cat
fancier, but is licensed to own, train and handle big cats. Her experience includes 8 years of working with big cats, conducting
educational programs, and a degree in Animal Science. Her love of felines ( and a lifelong involvement with her own various
cats) and her practical knowledge of cat habits and preferences, led her to develop and patent a structure to cover a cat
owners' least favorite cat accourterment, the litter box. And so the Kitty Cottage was designed, with the cat and its owner
in mind!
