Important Information Regarding Returns:

Artistocat must be notified first of any returns via email
Artistocat will then contact you as to the necessary return procedure.
All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Customers will receive refund within 4 weeks of receipt of Kitty Cottage.
Refund will be by check or refunded to customer's credit card - customer's choice.
Kitty Cottage MUST be repacked to UPS standards. If in doubt, contact Artistocat or UPS at 1-800-PICKUPS.
If Kitty Cottage is damaged as a result of improper packaging by customer (returns), then NO refund will be given.
By purchasing Kitty Cottage, customer agrees to these terms.
